Description

Quick and easy homemade Basil Olive Oil Sauce that's infused with fresh basil, garlic and lemon! You will want to drizzle this sauce on everything! It's naturally vegan, gluten-free and Whole 30 approved!


Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup (67g) Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup (25g) Fresh Basil Leaves, packed
  • Zest of 1 Lemon 
  • A Squeeze of Lemon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon (or to taste) Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon (or to taste) Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry your basil.
  2. In the bowl of your food processor fitted with an 'S' blade, add extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic, lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pulse ingredients until blended. Adjust seasoning if needed. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days!
