Raspberry Champagne Floats Ingredients
- Chambord Liqueur - A liqueur produced in the Loire Valley of France. It's infused with raspberries, blackberries, black currant and Madagascar vanilla. It compliments these champagne floats perfectly.
- Raspberry Sorbet or Sherbet - If you're unable to find raspberry, you can use strawberry.
- Champagne - Use your favorite Champagne. You can also use Prosecco or any sparkling wine.
- Fresh Raspberries - The perfect garnish.
Raspberry Champagne Floats Instructions
- Pour ½ ounce (29g) of Chambord into each glass. For a festive touch, you can use champagne flutes, wine glasses, or martini glasses. However, any glass will do!
- Place a few scoops of raspberry sorbet or sherbet.
- Top with Champagne and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve with a straw or spoon. Cheers and Enjoy!

- Sure! However, the cocktail with be very murky and not as clear.
