Description

Raspberry Champagne Floats are the perfect Valentine’s Day cocktail and dessert all in one! This elegant and classy treat is made with Chambord liqueur, Raspberry Sorbet, Champagne and fresh Raspberries.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Oz (29g) Chambord Liqueur
  • Raspberry Sorbet or Sherbet
  • Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • Fresh Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 ounce of Chambord into each glass. For a festive touch, you can use champagne flutes, wine glasses, or martini glasses. However, any glass will do!
  2. Next, place a few scoops of raspberry sorbet or sherbet into the glass.
  3. Top with Champagne and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve with a straw or spoon. Cheers and Enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to use strawberry sorbet or sherbet if you're unable to find raspberry.
  • If you don't have Chambord, you can omit it. The Champagne floats will taste amazing regardless.
